The CX Game® Festival is a team-building event focused on working together to create the ultimate customer experience. Employees form small groups to tackle creative and inspiring challenges. They share experiences, gain inspiration, and brainstorm ideas.

Participants get an initial understanding of what they, individually and collectively, can do to enhance customer experience and improve teamwork. Awareness about customer experience grows in a fun and playful manner.

This makes the CX Game Festival an ideal and enjoyable team-building activity. The Festival is designed for groups of 60 to approximately 120 employees and is based on the principles of The Customer Experience Game®.
