Starting at Plaza de La Bandera, on Luperon and 27 de Febrero Avenues, the journey begins. I thought I could get there faster by taking Luperon Avenue, but then I changed my mind and continued on the 27 de Febrero Extension. Right now they are making holes in the ground. I don't know what they are for, whether they will be for the columns that will hold up the bridge, or those that will hold up the sides. I can't know now, unless I am the designer of the work.
