BATTER CHATTER | CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | BAKE WITH ME | #4

It's been a while since I did some baking with y'all! A lot of you had requested another Batter Chatter, so while I'm stuck at the house and was craving these chocolate chip cookies, I thought I'd record it for you. WORLD'S BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
1 cup Butter Flavored CRISCO (no substitutes)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups unsifted flour
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Use a mixer to cream the Crisco, sugar, and light brown sugar. Be careful not to over-cream. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Blend well with mixer. Gradually add the flour, you may have to stir by hand. Fold in chocolate chips.

*I always refrigerate the dough for about 20-30 minutes before baking. This helps with the cookies spreading.

Form dough into 1 inch balls. Bake 7-9 minutes until lightly browned- mostly around the edges. Center will still be soft. Let sit on pan for a minute before carefully transferring to a cooling rack.
