Moderator Temple Stoellinger along with panelists Ingrid “Indy” Burke, Kipp Coddington, Rob Godby, Al Minier, Richard Reavey, and Cathy S. Woollums discuss “A Conversation on the Clean Power Plan’s Impact in Wyoming: Understanding the Challenges and Opportunities.”
Building from the international and national focused February panel “Post-Paris Carbon Policy – Implications & Opportunities for the U.S. and the Globe,” this keynote presentation and panel discussion will bring together academic, government and industry voices to look at national and local implications and opportunities as a result of U.S. carbon regulation, specifically, the EPA’s proposed Clean Power Plan. The purpose of the event is to engage in conversation about carbon regulation and energy policy at a national and regional level so that the student body at the University of Wyoming may gain insight into the issues.
