Mark Ludwig was the closing speaker at the Austin Capitols for Kids Tour in Austin, Texas, on September 12, 2108. In this speech, Mark communicated that he believes monumental, history-changing reforms to family law will occur in 2019. One of the main states that he expects to see lead the change is the state of Texas.

Mark's advocacy for equal shared parenting is well known throughout the United States. Due to his political background and friendships he's made and cultivated throughout the years, Mark has had the opportunity to talk with people at very high levels of government--both federal and state--about changes that need to be made to family law and federal incentives that help to destroy family.

Mark started Americans for Equal Shared Parenting as an umbrella organization to help focus and unite the hundreds of other organizations to bring change to family law at the federal and state levels. One of the vehicles he is using to help bring this to pass is the "Capitols for Kids" Tour, which will be holding rallies in numerous capitols throughout the US.
