On a gloomy and later very wet autumn day.,
6201 Princess Elizabeth is seen first at speed through Penrith, with The Northern Belle from Preston..
Followed by shots of the LMS Princess Royal class loco at Carlisle Citadel station, where she detaches from the train and reverses back through the station to Carlisle Upperby for servicing and turning.
Later she reverses back onto her train and heads back to Preston via the S&C.
