OKYENHENE @25 NIFA DIVISIONAL DURBAR (A MOMENT OF HISTORY AND CULTURE FROM ASIAKWA)

This is a Royal Durbar organized by the NIFA DIVISION of the AKYEM ABUAKWA Traditional Area in Honour of Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin (Okyenhene) as part of His 25th Anniversary Celebration upon His ascension to the Ofori Panin Stool as the Paramount Chief of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional area.
“The success of my reign is dependent totally on my ability as your leader to ensure that our future – our children – is really secure.” (These are words of Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin on Oct. 11TH 1999).

please kindly note that there is an appellations in local language which was used to honor the Overlord and firing of gun shot in the air just to announce the presence of the King's arrival but not in any violence way thank you.
