I was blessed to sing this song with the guidance of an illustrious person and National award winner as Smt Bhavatharini Raja who selected this song and asked me to sing this song as the Inaugural song for Navratri celebrations 2020 of Chord Music Academy run by her and Ms Lakshmi.

I was just one week old in her academy for a crash course in Carnatic music during COVID lock down period under the tutelage of my Guru Sri Ramanathan ji, when Bhavatha ji asked me to sing the Inaugural song for Navratri celebrations. It was a very tough song and I wasn't sure whether I would be able to sing it. But she said I would be able to and gave me the confidence and guided me to sing and record on the phone after a weeks practice. Later she got the music choreographed in her studio and then I did the video from my gome. It was a great experience working with a professional and a fair piece of singing for an absolute novice in Carnatic music as me!

It was indeed a memorable experience and I will always remember her when I practice the swaras. She will live on forever through her music and in the hearts of her students! 🙏
