At the Zilla Parishad High School in Terlam Mandal, Vizianagaram district, teacher Suneel has innovatively integrated Andhra Pradesh government's schemes for special needs students by mainstreaming them after 5th grade and providing inclusive teaching up to higher classes using 33 specialized apps for content delivery, life behavior modification, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to foster independence, following comprehensive training in November 2023 under Samagra Shiksha and serving as a resource person for orientations across 26 districts, earning recognition from Google India in April 2024 where he tested Chromebook software for accessibility, completed two phases of Google Tools training, received the Google Champion Award in December 2024, and was selected for the international Best Teacher Award by the Society for Learning Technology in Vijayawada for his research promoting both academic and sports excellence among disabled students.
విజయనగరం జిల్లా తెర్లాం మండల జిల్లా పరిషత్ ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలో ఉపాధ్యాయుడు సునీల్, ప్రత్యేక అవసరాల విద్యార్థులకు ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలను 33 యాప్ల ద్వారా వారికి అర్థమయ్యేలా టెక్నాలజీ ఆధారిత బోధన చేస్తూ, 5వ తరగతి తర్వాత మెయిన్స్ట్రీమింగ్ చేసి ఇంక్లూసివ్ మోడ్లో ఉన్నత తరగతుల్లో చేర్చి లైఫ్ బిహేవియర్ మాడిఫికేషన్, స్పీచ్ థెరపీ, ఆక్యుపేషనల్ థెరపీతో స్వావలంబనను పెంపొందిస్తున్నారు, 2023 నవంబర్లో సమగ్ర శిక్షణలో శిక్షణ పొంది 26 జిల్లాల్లో రిసోర్స్ పర్సన్గా ఓరియంటేషన్ ఇచ్చారు, 2024 ఏప్రిల్లో గూగుల్ ఇండియా గుర్తింపుతో బెంగళూరులో క్రోమ్బుక్ సాఫ్ట్వేర్ యాక్సెసిబిలిటీ టెస్టింగ్ ప్రాజెక్టు పూర్తి చేసి, రెండు దశల గూగుల్ టూల్స్ ట్రైనింగ్, డిసెంబర్లో గూగుల్ చాంపియన్ అవార్డు పొందారు, సొసైటీ ఫర్ లెర్నింగ్ టెక్నాలజీ షోలేట్ అవార్డు, విజయవాడలో అంతర్జాతీయ ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయ అవార్డుకు ఎంపికైనారు, దివ్యాంగుల చదువు, ఆటల్లో ఎనలేని ప్రోత్సాహాన్ని అందిస్తున్నారు.
