In this video Simon Felgate, the manager of Vinnies Dickson store, in inner north Canberra, discusses the importance of volunteers.
He says without their generosity, stores would find it very difficult to operate.
“It’s not that they wouldn’t operate. It would reduce the amount of funds that we generate, that go into St Vincent de Paul Society programs that we help to fund,” he says.
