   • Product Management Live Case Study - ...

What's interesting about this case study is rather than going the typical solution space of bundling, cross-sell, up-sell at various touch points in the funnel, this case study pushes the participants to question the very nature of how AOV as a problem has been framed. Thus in conjunction with the insights we gain from secondary research showcased to participants a new way of arriving at a very different type of solution space.

Also at various points during the live case study, DSK provides perspectives of how this problem and its journey manifests within a company and how the learnings of this case study could be applied in interviews at various levels of product management and the importance of building certain types of skill sets in product management which will help them on their job.

Whilst the initial planned time for this session was 2 hours, participants were so engaged, they ended up discussing, debating and problem solving.

Now you can also participate in that same journey through this recording.

The purpose of live product management case studies like these is that it will actually give you a real sense of questions like
