Описание к видео Current Electricity part 3 | Class12 Physics NCERT | Energy, power, Kirchoff law | pankaj chaudhary

Welcome to our Class 12 Physics NCERT Chapter 3 series on Current Electricity. In this Part 2 video, we continue building the core concepts that form the backbone of electrical circuits, which are absolutely essential for your Board exams, JEE Main, and NEET preparation.

In this comprehensive tutorial, we revise the fundamental idea of electric current as the flow of charge per unit time and quickly recap conventional current direction versus electron flow to strengthen your conceptual base. You will again connect drift velocity—the average speed of electrons in a conductor under an electric field—to the current using the key relationship
ensuring the formula and its physical meaning are crystal clear.
We then reinforce Ohm’s Law
V=IR with more conceptual questions and numericals so that voltage, current, and resistance are not just formulas for you, but intuitive ideas you can apply in any circuit situation. Through real-life examples and problems, you will see why Ohm’s Law appears in almost every Class 12 Physics and competitive exam question related to current electricity.

Next, we revisit resistivity and conductivity to connect theory with practical materials like copper, aluminum, and insulators, explaining how atomic structure and dimensions of a conductor affect its resistance.
You will also understand mobility of charge carriers and how it links drift velocity to the applied electric field, giving deeper insight into why different materials conduct electricity differently.

This video includes a variety of solved numerical examples on EMF, internal resistance, current–voltage relations, and basic circuit problems to sharpen your problem-solving skills. Each step is explained clearly so that you can replicate the approach in your board exam and entrance exam papers.

In Part 3 of this series, we will move further into the heart of circuit analysis by covering electrical energy and power, where you will learn to use key relations for different situations. We will also introduce Kirchhoff’s laws—Kirchhoff’s current law (KCL) and Kirchhoff’s voltage law (KVL)—to solve complex networks involving multiple loops and junctions, a must-know topic for both CBSE boards and competitive exams.

Don’t forget to watch this Part to master energy, power, and Kirchhoff’s laws with detailed explanations and numericals, and subscribe so you never miss any video from our complete NCERT Physics Class 12 series on Current Electricity.
