HifiBerry DAC2 HD sound card for Raspberry Pi

The first ‘sound card’ for Raspberry Pi I encountered came from the Swiss company HifiBerry. A lot has happened since and although the company focuses on high performance low priced products, their recent introduction is a notch up.
