One of two busy level crossings located within Lincoln City Centre around 0.1 miles apart. This level crossing's current layout dates back to a modernisation of the road which this level crossing is located on (Brayford Wharf East) which happened throughout the start of 2019, and the footbridge which this level crossing is located in the shadow of was also built and opened at that time. Despite this rather significant layout modification, most of the level crossing equipment (bar the barrier arms and three of the four alarms here) dates back to the late 2000s. All four alarms at this level crossing are rather quiet given that this level crossing gets a fair amount of pedestrian usage, and the road which this level crossing is located on is a one-way street which has a cycle lane to allow cyclists to ride either way over this level crossing. Two of the barriers on one side of the road at this level crossing are incredibly short too - quite a lot shorter than those on the other side of the road as they only need to cover the footway as well as the cycle lane - and these shorter barriers understandably raise a lot more quickly. Four LED pedestrian lights have also been provided here, all of which have hoods.

The audio of the second video has been slightly muffled in places, as music could be heard coming from a nearby student union whilst I was filming here. You can also notice that the loud alarms from Lincoln High Street level crossing can be heard clearly from here.
