AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

15 Minutes

Coach’s Tips: Recommended resistance for scaled – single 10lb – 20lb Dumbbell

Recommended resistance for standard – pair of 25+ lb dumbbells.

AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible

Perform as many rounds as possible using your fastest pace. Rest when needed.

Scaledown

Scaled Equipment: Dumbbells, Box or Chair

AMRAP (15 minutes)

8 Single DB Shoulder Press
10 Single DB Curl
15 Hip Bridge

Standard

Standard Equipment: Dumbbells, Box or Chair

AMRAP (15 minutes)

8 Alternating Shoulder Press (4/side)
10 Hammer Curl
15 DB Hip Bridge

What Is Hybrid Power Of 3 [Fun Home Workout Routine]

The Hybrid Workouts consists of the combination of Outside Resistance + Bodyweight + Metabolic Conditioning. The Power of 3 is taking the Hybrid approach and creating a synergistic marriage by performing at a high intensity, compacting the workload as a short duration (density), and varying all the factors (diversity). This creates one bad ass workout.

This Is An Intermediate Program With A Beginner Scaled Option.

What Equipment Do I Need

There are 2 coaches in each workout video. The standard version (right side of the screen) of the workout requires a variety of dumbbells (or bands), box or chair, and a pullup bar. The scaled version (left side of the screen) of the workout does NOT require a pullup bar. But it does require dumbbells (or bands) and a box or chair.
