Ingredients 

1.5 cup flattened rice 

5 tiny potatoes 

1/4 cup soaked moongdal 

2 green chillies 

1 inch chopped ginger 

Green coriander leaves 


1 tsp red chilli powder 

1 tsp turmeric powder 

1 tsp coriander powder 

1 tsp garam masala 

1 tsp cumin seeds 

1 tsp carom seeds 

1 tsp sugar 

1 tbsp sesame seeds 

2 tbsp oil 

Oil for parotha
