From Concept to Product in 100 days - 'How to' design a UUV - Dynautics Phantom UUV

When customers demand a product in double quick time, you have to step up and take the challenge. That is what happened when the US Navy wanted a specific UUV and approached Dynautics.
Some customers you just can't say 'no' to, so we took on the challenge.
The US Navy, being the US Navy, had a very tight specification and we had the simulation software (AUV SIM) and proven control and guidance technology with the Underwater Spectre firmware and hardware to make it a fair fight. Combining these tools, technologies and rapid prototyping techniques and the products were delivered, tested and accepted within 100 days, start to finish!
