Göcek is a neighborhood of Fethiye district in Muğla (province). The name Göcek Mahallesi comes from a group called Göçek, which was located in the settlement area in the past.
Göcek Neighborhood is located in the west of Fethiye District and on the border with Dalaman District. It is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the west, Dalaman District to the northwest, Gökçeovacık District to the north and İnlice District to the east.

Göcek, Muğla (ili)'nde Fethiye ilçesine bağlı bir mahalledir. Göcek Mahallesi adı geçmişte yerleşim bölgesinde bulunan Göçek adlı gruptan gelmiştir.
Göcek Mahallesi, Fethiye İlçesi'nin batısında ve Dalaman İlçesi ile sınırında bulunmaktadır. Batısı Akdeniz, kuzey batısı Dalaman İlçesi, kuzeyi Gökçeovacık Mahallesi ve doğusunda İnlice Mahallesi bulunmaktadır.
