Today we return to use this Blastoise set featuring a slew of powerful Water moves along with Shell Smash to sweep, even when it looks like we're down and out. Tera Water helps Surf hit even harder to pick up kills and Aqua Jet turns the tides against fast mons like Blaziken who try to outspeed us. Overall, this tortoise is a MONSTER. Hope you enjoy.
