Welcome to day 23 of our Pilates Circuits Challenge!

Sorry about the lighting today - it was rainy so the room was really dark 😭 but we still show up! Join me today for a challenging Pilates workout that will sculpt and define your abs! This session contains 5 exercises designed to strengthen your core, flatten your stomach, and reduce belly fat (once we build the muscle!). There is no equipment for this workout, so grab your mat and let’s get started!
