DabX mk. 1 Rocket (Faulty Batteries)

Purchased the DabX Rocket a few weeks ago at a local shop, the battery it came with kept blinking 5 times it never synced with the rocket body. After back and forward emails with the warranty department (At Vaporous Technologies) trying to figure what the problem was, they ended up sending another battery. After a few sessions with the new battery the 2nd battery did the same thing as the last battery. Emailed warranty guy again told him that the 2nd battery was doing the same and that the center pin on the 2nd battery was stiffer when i first got it now its loose like the 1st battery. 3rd battery was sent to me and the same exact thing happen...after 1 use the center pin became really loose and had no resistance. Contacted the Warranty for the 3rd time and never got a response back, they gave up and i did too. Has any 1 else had this experience with this company?
