Here I show you my easy way and fast cooking Red Bean Soup.
Red Bean Soup is a popular dessert and a traditional soup among Chinese. We cook it on regular basis. It could be hard to cook but if you manage the cooking time and method well, like when to boil and simmer, your red bean soup would taste delicious.

Use a blender to blend up a part of your cooked red bean soup and mix into the rest for thick sticky consistency.
用搅拌器稍微搅碎一小部分煮好的红豆汤 再拌入剩下的红豆汤 会更浓稠
