NEW UPDATE: Insignia Farm Nerf, Grillmaster Comp, Clarity Ring Fix & Tiamat in RTQ - Neverwinter

This weeks update brings a few fixes and announced changes. However Consoles shall be getting this update with Tuesdays Maintenance and PC will be getting it this following Thursday! The Summer Festival has gotten a few updates in advance of it returning soon, and Rise of Tiamat should finally be back in the RTQ.
