Well, this was something I never saw coming, even as a player of the original game. Rhythm-based pinball is an interesting concept, especially with Hearts and multipliers taking place over the traditional 3-ball game. Now that I think about it, this is really a Deathless run from the original game.

Con: No Dead Ringer, sadly. Though there are some bells at the end of a ball/game that have a familiar ring to them...
