After months of unanswered questions and repeated requests,
I realized the truth about my account.

It was an Asia account — registered under INFINOX Capital Ltd (Mauritius),
not protected by the FCA in the United Kingdom.

INFINOX eventually responded by citing Clause 17.3 of its Terms and Conditions,
stating that it had the right to void trades and confiscate profits
in the event of a “Manifest Error.”
When I continued to raise my concerns, they marked my case as “internally closed.”

That was when I decided to take the next step.

I filed a formal complaint with the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) in Korea
and submitted a detailed report — including full trade records and videos —
to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius.
My intention was not to accuse or defame,
but to seek a transparent investigation and fair treatment under the law.

What happened inside a trading system for 4 hours and 34 minutes
should not be erased without accountability.
Every transaction, every message, every response matters.

This is not just about one trader’s loss.
It is about the responsibility of financial institutions
and the importance of equal protection — no matter where a trader lives.
