Microsoft PowerPoint | Copy and Paste Slides | Reuse Slides | Source or Destination Formatting

Описание к видео Microsoft PowerPoint | Copy and Paste Slides | Reuse Slides | Source or Destination Formatting

When you want to use slides from other Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, it is easy to copy and paste from one to another. Just pay attention to the Source or Destination Formatting in your Paste Options.

Copy and Paste Slides using Ctrl+C (Cmd + C) and Ctrl+ V (Cmd + V), or use the Paste button or Right-Click.

Another method is to use the Reuse Slides from the Insert tab. Browse for the file and then check or uncheck the Use Source Formatting option. Be careful, you'll pick up the theme/formats from whatever slide is above your placement - which may or may not actually be your true Destination Formatting. 😊
