finally! i can not have constantly low health at all times!

and yes i did lower the scroll speed. by like, a LOT too. for some reason they thought it would be funny to increase the scroll speed by like 30% at the end of the song which in the original was literally beyond 4 scroll speed??? i don't think much about this was designed for actual playability in the original anyway but i'll shut up
