Het concept is inmiddels bekend. Wij verzamelen drie reststromen om die uit te rijden over een akker. De reststromen blijven elk jaar hetzelfde, de gewassen op de akker veranderen conform het teeltplan van de akkerbouwer. Dit jaar zijn er uien gepland en enkele weken voor de oogst, ging het team van rotterzwam aan de slag met de meest ondankbare taak in dit project. De reststromen uit de zakken halen.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Rotterzwam believes in a society that closes cycles, uses raw materials to the maximum of their potential and consumes more green than animal protein.

We do this by working together locally, regionally and internationally to stimulate and facilitate the production of mushrooms on local residual flows.

The result is a wide range of products and services related to mushroom production, awareness and lovely snacks based on vegetable proteins.

We believe in open source and have been sharing info on small scale mushroom production since 2013. Some we share for free, some for a fee. ;-)

MUSHROOM TRAINING
