•1 Kilogramm Schweinefilet || 1 kilogram pork tenderloin
•200 Milliliter Sahne || 200 milliliters cream
•200 Gramm Creme Fraiche || 200 grams creme fraiche
•100 Milliliter Gemüsefond || 100 milliliters vegetable stock
•100 Milliliter Metaxa || 100 milliliters metaxa
•1 große Zwiebel || 1 large onion
•2 - 3 Knoblauchzehen || 2 – 3 cloves garlic
•1 gehäufter Esslöffel Tomatenmark || 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste
•1 gehäufter Esslöffel Ajvar || 1 heaping tablespoon ajvar
•2 Teelöffel Oregano || 2 teaspoons oregano
•Je 1 Teelöffel Paprikapulver (edelsüß), gemahlener Koriander & Kumin || A teaspoon each of sweet paprika, ground coriander & cumin
•150 Gramm geriebener Käse zum Überbacken || 150 grams grated cheese for gratinating
