Hyderabadi Dum Gosht is a tasty Mutton recipe cooked under slow heat till mutton turns tender and juicy.
Mutton mixed in various spices and nuts gives an amazing result.Learn with me how to make this amazing dish.
FOR MARINATION OF MUTTON
---------------------------------------------------
1.Mutton - 1/2 kilo
TO THIS ADD
Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon
Fried onions - 3
Whipped yogurt - 200 gram
Green chillies sliced - 2
Coriander and mint leaves - few
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Clarified butter - 3 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Papaya flower paste - 1/2 teaspoon
ALSO TAKE
-------------------
Cashewnuts - 12
Almonds - 12
Coconut pieces - 10
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon small sticks - 4
GRIND THEM AND ADD TO MUTTON
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO MUTTON PIECES
AND MARINATE FOR ENTIRE NIGHT OR 2 HOURS
2.Now seal the lid of the pan using dough.
3.Cook under high flame for 2 minutes.
4.Heat an old flat tawa and place the mutton pan on it and cook for 5 minutes under high flame.
5.When mutton get's heated reduce the flame and cook under dum undisturbed for 40 minutes.
6.After 40 minutes open the lid...dum mutton is ready.
