In Model Mania 2007, we are working on some kind of offset link. Both phase can be done properly using FreeCAD v0.19 without any breaking issues.

I do found something weird though: fillet around the boss in the first phase can only be done if the boss extrusion doesn't refined before. TIL in FreeCAD unrefined shapes sometime is necessary when filleting.

Another one: when working on second phase, we required to create a huge fillet (radius 25mm) around the boss. Unfortunately FreeCAD can't do it, so I ended up have to do it manually using groove.
