The RBI Banking Ban Case continued in the Supreme Court with the counsel representing IAMAI anfd the exchanges continuing to present a strong case for cryptocurrencies. The counsel touched upon various facets of cryptocurrencies such as existing laws, the regulatory approach taken by other countries and a deep dive in to the technology. The counsel representing RBI also started presenting his arguments today and he echoed similar concerns expressed by the regulators before. The hearing will continue tomorrow.
