Hi dear, when you connect/pair to the app, please noted to shut on/off the power physically, NOT to use RF remote. Otherwise, it is impossible for the strip light to flash.

1) It doesn't support 5G WIFI. It is just 2.4G. Please ensure that the wifi signal is strong. If ok, please connect as close to the router as possible.
2) When you connect it according to the prompt steps, please make sure that the led strip light flashes quickly. The led strip light must flashes. Then they can connect.
3) When connecting, please keep the phone as close as possible to the adapter to avoid interference.
