How can we be confident that God’s original view for human sexuality and marriage still fits?
We aren’t in the garden of Eden and humanity feels like it has been sufficiently multiplied. Cultural commentators suggest that biblical wisdom is either outdated or misinterpreted. Biblical scholars and entire denominations have completely shifted their views on gender and sexual expression. After each scandal and abuse in the church the air we breathe whispers, “never trust anyone”. So how do we know who to trust? Almost all of us have someone close to us struggling with same sex attraction or gender confusion. Some of us are personally struggling with these issues. Today we’ll address what following God in this reality looks like.
