Blue Lake Early (NO SHADE) Hollow Knight

I will be making a full video soon explaining how to fully do this trick, but the basics are you dash next to the bench, and while dashing, you attempt to sit on the bench.

If you do it correctly, you will be able to move away, while the "rest" text stays above the beach. When you press up again, you will be moved to the bench, but this moving removes ALL collision with walls, which means if you try to bench while at a different altitude, you will be moved through the wall, to the "bench" which allows you to go out of bounds, or, and more importantly, do skips, like this one.

Although you could do this skip with your shade, you can't do that in Steel Soul, but this glitch allows you to get Dream Nail without going to Crystal Peaks first.

I personally found this trick to be more consistent on keyboard, but I was able to do it multiple times on controller
