What’s happening in this Truth or Dare movie clip?
Giselle (Aurora Perrineau) explains that she and her friends were at the mission where one of her friends, Sam, had been messing around and breaking things, which may have been how the curse started, and now all of her other friends are dead. The reason Penelope couldn't pick dare was because the pattern went "two truths and a dare". When they ask about Carter, she doesn't seem to know who they are talking about. Giselle then reveals that she was dared to kill Olivia. She aims a gun at her and shoots, but Penelope pushes Olivia out of the way and gets fatally shot instead. Brad and Lucas try to wrestle the gun away from Giselle, but since she failed the dare, her face morphs and she is forced to shoot herself in the head.

What’s the movie Truth or Dare about?
Olivia Barron (Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars), her best friend Markie Cameron (Violette Beane), Markie's boyfriend Lucas Moreno (Tyler Posey from Teen Wolf), along with Penelope Amari (Sophia Taylor Ali from The Wilds) and her boyfriend Tyson Curran (Nolan Gerard Funk from Glee), and Brad Chang (Hayden Szeto) go on a trip to Rosarito, Mexico. In Mexico, Olivia runs into fellow student Ronnie (Sam Lerner) who proceeds to harass her until a man intervenes on her behalf. The man introduces himself as Carter (Landon Liboiron) and eventually convinces her and her friends to join him for drinks at the ruins of a mission. There, Carter initiates a game of Truth or Dare with Olivia and her friends, plus Ronnie, who followed the group. Eventually, the game ends when Carter reveals that he deceived Olivia as a means of tricking her and her friends to the mission to offer them in his place in the supernatural game of Truth or Dare. As Carter leaves, he explains to Olivia that the game will follow them and they must not refuse it.
