Deghi channa pulao
Ingredients:
Oil 1 cup
Chickpeas 300 grams
Rice 1/2 kg
Pickle 1 Spoon Mix
Food color a pinch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onions 1
Tomatoes 2
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder 1 tsp
Chicken Cube 1
Green chilies, green coriander, mint as required
Star anise, Nutmeg, mace one piece each
Cinnamon 1 piece
Clove 3-4
Whole black pepper 4-5
Thick cardamom 2-3
Small cardamom 4-5
Bay leaves 2

Method:
Brown the onion by heating 1/2 cup of oil in a pan. Now add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Then add the yogurt. Also add all the pistachios and standing spices. After that add the chickpeas and fry. Now add some rice when it comes, do not apply a lid. If the water is dry, add yellow color, green chilies and green coriander and breathe for 15 minutes. Also add pickles and serve hot.

Murgh Methi Shorba
Ingredients:
Chicken 1
Onions 2
Tomato puree 3 tomatoes
Oil 1 cup
Dried Fenugreek 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pistachio dried coriander 1 tsp
Small cardamom 2-3
Large cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1 piece
Thick cardamom 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies, green coriander, ginger as required

Method:
Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan and brown the finely chopped onion golden. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. At the same time, add all the pistachios and standing spices and roast them. Then add chicken and fry well so that the oil goes aside. Then add dried fenugreek and apply water and breathe, so that the chicken melts. Finally, serve by adding green chilies, green coriander and ginger.


Mint Lemonade
Ingredients:
Mint 3-4 tbs
Lemon juice 1 lemon
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice Cubes 8-10

Method:
Add lemon juice, sugar and mint to the blender and blend it. Now take this mixture. Finally, serve by adding ice cubes.
