Tata Harrier EV — Overview at a Glance

Launch & Platform

The Tata Harrier EV (also referred to as Harrier.ev) officially launched in India in June 2025, replacing its ICE counterpart as Tata Motors’ flagship electric SUV. It’s built on the advanced acti.ev Plus (or OmegaArc) platform—designed for EV-specific architecture.  

Battery & Drivetrain Options
• Battery Packs: Available in 65 kWh and 75 kWh LFP packs.  
• Drive Options:
• RWD (Single Motor): Available with both battery packs.
• AWD (Dual Motor): Exclusive to the 75 kWh Empowered variant.    

Performance Specs
• AWD Variant (75 kWh): 396 PS and 504 Nm torque; 0–100 km/h in 6.3 seconds with Boost Mode. Claimed range: ~622 km (MIDC)    
• RWD Variant (65 kWh): 238 PS and 315 Nm torque; range ~538 km.  
• RWD Variant (75 kWh): 627 km range.  

Charging & Battery Performance
• DC Fast Charging: 20–80% in ~25 minutes using up to 120 kW charger (also 100 kW for smaller battery)   
• AC Charging (7.2 kW): ~10.7 hours full charge for the 75 kWh battery.   
• Extras: Supports V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) and V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) charging

• Features: Up to 7 airbags, ABS + EBD, ESC with i-VBAC, numerous Level 2 ADAS features including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping, autonomous emergency braking, blind spot detection, rear cross traffic alert, hill descent control.

• RWD Base: Starts at ₹21.49 lakh (ex-showroom)
• Top AWD: Around ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom)
• Range: Up to ₹30.23 lakh for fully loaded trims.
