As Tom the cat enters a mad scientist's Lab, he is given a mysterious potion to drink for an experiment the doctor is conducting. It turns Tom into a gigantic colossus of a cat who goes on a rampage in the nearby
mouse filled village. He is more than they can handle as various mice are dealing with his fire hair balls and stomps that nearly get them.

The mice enter his body to try to stop him only for Jerry to have to save them
before they are digested. It looks bad for the villagers only for them to be saved by an even bigger mouse that shows up at the end to scare the giant sized Tom away, in a fun blink moment to conclude things.
