Abadi wanted to work independently and established his “ Awtar Art Production ” institution in 1984 , through which he began producing his albums after the issuance of the Saudi artist’s rights protection system.

At some point, Abadi loved playing the guitar , but he found that his attachment to the oud was greater, and he thought that he should do what he does on the guitar on the oud. He also wanted to Merge Western music with eastern maqams, so he combined the Malaguena repertoire with oriental divisions, but while preserving the basic spirit of the instrument.
