Finance Minister Bill Morneau and JT "Potatoe" will be able to raise taxes up until the end of 2021 in the name of COVID-19 without parliamentary approval. Trudeau tried to revert to the authoritarian approach - He can tax and spend with impunity. Luckily it was the opposition that quashed his efforts. We should never surrender our freedom to the man on the mooseback.
