Westerville, Ohio: A Pleasant Surprise

For most of this summer, I'll be in Westerville, Ohio, which is just outside of Columbus. My first impressions are that the town is pretty cool. Also, summer in central Ohio is much more pleasant than where I've lived for almost 40 years, in South Carolina. Mornings and evenings are cool and even warm temperatures are not accompanied by oppressive humidity.

Come along and travel the world with Richard Green. Retiring in the spring of 2023, I am embarking on full-time world travel. I'm going solo, but the idea here is not to focus on me so much. It's about the places and the people along the way.

The title Old, Alone and Far From Home might initially come across as a sad state of being. My mission is to show that it's just the opposite.
