Quinoa flakes- 100g, 1.1 cups, 3.53 oz
Sunflower kernels- 50g, 1/3 cup, 1.75 oz
Baking powder -1 tsp, 4g, 0.14 oz
Baking soda – ½ tsp, 2.5g
Salt – 1/3 tsp, 2g, 0.07 oz
Apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp, 15ml, 0.5 oz
Olive oil- 30ml, 1/8 cup, 1 oz
