Requirements
There is a 40% chance that Victanir will appear in the southwest portion of the Yellow Sands portion of the Nam-Yensa Sandsea. Victanir will be almost invisible (almost like a ghost figure), so the player will not be able to see it until they are close to it. Once they run into Victanir, it will become visible.
