Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has urged government security agencies to do more and the public to be more vigilant to check the escalating murders in the country.
The Buganda king made the call while opening the 23rd Buganda Lukiiko or Parliament earlier in the day. He also cautioned the youth against selling assets like land to go abroad to pursue the elusive greener pastures.
