This is one of my lunar new year special videos. I make sweet rice dumpling since today is Lantern Festival in China. This is a traditional dessert we eat on this festival. I made peanut flavor, Come on check it out.
This recipe makes 15-20 sweet rice dumpling
Dough
100g sweet rice flour
75g hot water
Peanut sesame filling
50g peanut
40g sugar
40g butter
10g sesame seeds
15g peanut butter
5g water
