I'll go over where to find the way of the blue covenant location (Emma) and how to join the way of the blue covenant in Dark Souls 3

This covenant offers protection from players via another summoned player who is a part of the blue sentinels.

In order to join the covenant you'll need to speak with Emma in the Cathedral. The fastest way to get there is by taking the shortcut lift down from the High Wall of Lothric bonfire, killing the two nights that are out front of the cathedral in the courtyard and making your way through the big doors that lead into the Cathedral.

Once you're in - you'll see Emma sitting at the back. Go talk to her a few times to get the Way of the Blue covenant item and equip it in your inventory.

Note: you can only have one covenant equipped at a time, so choose wisely!
