With the BOOK LAUNCH event this week for Coach Trent's new book, LEADING WINNING TEAMS, I was fortunate to find time to get together with @Mark Graban, podcast host of My Favorite Mistake. While I always have 1%ers on it is interesting how I keep finding these rockstars with ties to MI - and Mark is no different, a Livonia, MI man, just outside of Detroit!

Mark lives in Cincy with his lovely wife now, but is a Northwestern Engineering grad, and MIT engineering and MBA grad. We shared our love for the Mitten State even if it is sometimes a decent dream. It is always good to get back (sometimes to remind you why you left! i.e., January...lol!)

Mark and I discuss mistakes, the lessons along the way, and the 2 categories of mistakes!

Both Mark and I love mentorship and I wish we had more time to dive deeper on this one, but cover a LOT of ground on this show!
