ingredients:
-one whole cauliflower
-one lemon
-1 tsp salt
-3 eggs
-salt to taste
-1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
-1 1/2 cup panko
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp oregano
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp paprika powder
-1 tsp chilli flakes
-1/4 tsp olive oil
-some fresh chopped parsley
-1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
-3 tbsp greek yogurt
-1 tbsp mustard sauce
-1 tbsp hot sauce
-2 tbsp olive oil
-half of fresh lemon
-1 tsp oregano
Recipe:
-preheat oven to 180C/356F.
-remove the leaves from cauliflower head. Cut cauliflower into floret, all roughly the same size.
-you can slice the large florets in half, if needed.
-in a pot, add water as needed, bring a water to a boil, add in cauliflower with sliced lemon and salt.
-cover with lid, cooke over low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
-in a separate bowl whisk 3 eggs, add salt to taste, set it aside.
-in another bowl add all purpose flour and keep it aside.
-in a large bowl add panko, spices( salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes) olive oil, some fresh chopped parsley.
-grated parmesan cheese, mix well.
-after 10 minutes remove the cauliflowers dredge your cauliflower in the flour, then dredge with egg mixture, coat well with panko mixture.
-place them on large baking pan, bake in oven at 180C/356F for 20-25 minutes.
-for making my secret sauce, in a bowl add greek yogurt, mustard sauce, hot sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, oregano, mix well and serve with cauliflower.
