Ooni Karu 16 - Pizza cook on Gas

The Ooni Karu 16 (and Karu 12) is their multi fuel pizza oven. Multi fuel means it can cook on Wood, Charcoal and even Gas! To cook on Gas you'll need this Gas Burner attachment.
In this video, i show what's inside the box of the karu gas burner, and demo how to set it up on your pizza oven. Finally we test the Gas buner with a real time pizza cook using gas instead of wood!
